New Half-Marathon 12 Week Preparation Programs now Available!


forRunners has launched new 12-week half-marathon preparation programs for beginners and intermediate runners, tailored for the top 30 marathons globally. These programs allow you to train virtually alongside others preparing for the same race, following identical workouts and run sessions on the same days. 

Simply choose your target marathon and follow the program. Our coaches have combined weekly workouts and 4 types of run session designed to have you running at your best on race day. Interact with fellow runners in your race-specific DM Group, building stamina, strength, and connections. 

While participants train independently, some have found opportunities to meet and train together after connecting through the group chat. Whether you're a first-time half-marathoner or aiming to beat your personal best, these programs offer a supportive community experience as you prepare for your big day.
